The Northern Buckeye Education Council (NBEC) is a not-for-profit organization that provides cooperative administrative services to educational entities in greater northwestern Ohio. The NBEC's mission is to reduce the cost of obtaining these services by fostering cooperation, providing leadership, and offering cooperative services.
